Placing an order

Submitting the order form is a request to buy, not a completed sale. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the item, the delivery address and the final amount payable. The sale is complete when the watch is delivered and paid for.

Payment on delivery

We accept payment on delivery only. You pay the courier when your watch reaches you. We never ask for card details, bank transfers to personal accounts, or payment before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery within Lagos State is free. Delivery to other states may attract a fee, which we confirm with you by phone before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and exchanges

Inspect your watch at the point of delivery. If it is not what you ordered or arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. Beyond that, contact us within 48 hours to discuss an exchange. Watches showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

Authenticity

Every watch we sell is brand new and authentic. If any item is ever shown not to be, we will replace it or refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira. We may correct a price that was listed in error, and will tell you before the order proceeds.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer law.
